"HORRIBLE NIGHT IN PARIS"

The sound comling out from the bar under the hotel makes it impossible to sleep. At 4 o'clock changing room with all your bagage. The Parking bill offert by the staff as a compoensation is not chair payed.

Holiday Inn Express is different from the five star Holiday Inn for $299/night it's not worth it to stay on this hotel no lotion, no sleepers to step in on dirty carpet, can hear loud music late at night from our 5th floor room, far from all good attraction,

"Holiday Inn"

Staying in a hotel with 3 persons for 4 nights and not having 1 drawer feels very poor.....For a hotel of this level you expect free Wifi and in this case if you pay for it you only have Wifi in the lounge. But the staff was very cooperative and friendly!

"Nice place"

Very nice rooms but poor lights , difficulty to read.Stuff very firendly. I would suggest to rotate the menu for the breakfast , after 3 days it is boring to have the same food.Cogratualtion no your modern decorations, it is very warm and inviting

"Nice hotel, good view on the river, clean rooms, comfortable bed, the size..."

Pros: Nice hotel, good view on the river, clean rooms, comfortable bed, the size of the room and the bathroom was satisfactory. very close to metro station.
Cons: The breakfast was not great. thinks like honey, crouasan etc were not available after 9:00 and when we asked for them, they said these were finished.... the last day, we had breakfast at 7:00 but still there were things missing like butter, yogurt, honey. they should be more carefull with that. finally, the breakfast staff was a bit rude at the closure as they were removing things from our table, while we were still sitting and without asking if we were done....

Pros: The hotel couldnt have been better, the location, close to 2 different metro lines, concert venue, staff were lovely.
Cons: Breakfast was busy saturday morning but not a huge issue, had a room for 3 people, only had 1 mug, 2 teabags and 2 pots of milk, had to ask for more mugs and teabags.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable rooms. breakfast was good.
Cons: Hotel has a backpacker adjoining hotel.very noisy.on the night we left there was an allnight disco.hotel had many complaints from guests. hotel said it was a new disco and would play all night. however they did let us have a late checkout to compensate.

"We were very pleased to have booked this hotel"

Pros: We were very pleased to have booked this hotel. we had hoped it would give us assurance that we would have reasonably sized and clean room and facilities, and it did. very happy!we also had a lovely canal view, a real bonus. the breakfast was included and was very good with a wide choice. we ate at the first bar/restaurant on the riquet corner and it had a great atmosphere with friendly staff. well worth the short metro ride to the hotel to stay here.
Cons: Only downside was the bill on leaving, which was presented at an amount twice what we had booked at. took a little sorting out!

"The beds & bedding were very very comfortable"

Pros: The beds & bedding were very very comfortable.felt as though i was sleeping on a fluffy cloud!the room was air conditioned & worked really well, very quiet. we had a corner room giving two lovely views of the canal basin. short walking distance to 3 metro stations.friendly helpful staff.
Cons: Very minor, had to ask for 3rd set of towels. always busy at breakfast & pretty standard fayre. nothing special.
