It's not worth the value to stay in this hotel. The hosekeeping service is poor and the prople were not as friendly and helpful.

Most confortable mattress ever! Room located on quiet side of hotel, away from the main street, and I had the most wonderful sleep. Airconditioning worked a treat, which is most unusual, so all in all, a very comfortable stay. Will choose this hotel again.

Pros: The satff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. emma, particularly was a savior as she guided us to some really good restaurants and places to see and gave us easy directions to get to places in town.everyone was pleasant and made the stay comfortable.the hotel is well located - away from the touristy crowd yet close to the sights and excellent eating places.
Cons: The toilet had no exhaust / ventilation and had a stale smell.

Cons: They showed us the wrong checks and included 4 days breakfast. meanwhile, they also showed the wrong checks to my friend's room and included 1 day breakfast. we never entered the restaurant.

Pros: Great location next to the metro and montparnasse stations, and cars air france stop, which make it very easy to get there directly from the airport. loved it because it's renovated, so the rooms are neat & clean with all modern amenities. the design of the hotel is trendy and stylish. my stay was very enjoyable. the value for money was excellent.
Cons: They made us pay the whole amount upon arrival, not departure.

Pros: Very good location - few steps from the gaite metro station

Cons: Wireless signal was quite bad. i still have to switch over multiple access points, internet was very slow.

beds in twin room are very close - looks like double bed.

Cons: Arrived around 9-10pm. night staff were rude when we first checked in. couldn't find the booking and just slammed paper work about and tried to get us to leave even tho we had email confirmation. finally found booking and he seemed put out he had to do some work.

finally checked in and tried to order room service. only to be told it closes at 11pm. explained the booklet in the room stated serving till 2am and he changed his mind. food arrived 1hr later. a bag of salad, 3 strips of salmon and the smallest bit of bread i have ever seen 23 euros!!! and still hungry!!!

hair dryer stopped working but no one bothered to come fix it. again night staff!!

to be honest we stayed there for 2 nights and after all the rudeness we decided to keep to our selfs and not talk to the staff or use any of the hotels services. only then did we start to enjoy the hotel and are weekend in paris.

to sum our stay, the hotel was clean and nice looking but staff were rude and usless! 2 night cost me just over 300 euros inc parking and the 1 room service meal. i paid 100 euros in chamonix the night before and received the best service from the staff and had an amazing stay in a lovely hotel!

i am a holiday inn priority card holder and have stayed in many holiday inn's around the world and normally i'm very happy with the hotel. not sure i will be returning to this one soon!

Cons: We booked a triple room, and the 3rd bed was just a sofa. it did not sleep very nice. i expected a bed.

Pros: Spotless hotel,very comfortable rooms,toiletries all provided.very convenient to metro.
