Pros: We found the staff friendly & happy to help with what to see & how best to get there. concierge is available 24 hrs. centrally located with lovely restaurants within 5 - 10 mins stroll. bedlinen was lovely & bed was firm but very comfortable and plenty of towels.
Cons: Only drawback was difficulty in trying to figure out how to use the shower

Pros: We booked at acte v and when we arrived that had overbooked - however, the way they handled it was superb. they "walked" us across the street to another hotel and they offered us a complimentary breakfast each morning even though we were staying across the street. they were very professional and polite.
