Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable beds.
Cons: The website specified that there were free shuttles from hotel air plus to the paris orly airport beginning at 4 am. i chose hotel air plus specifically for this reason. when we checked in, however, the staff member informed us that the shuttle service did not start until 5 am and was very unhelpful and unsympathetic about the fact that we would miss our flight if we took the 5 am shuttle. i had specifically chosen hotel air plus based on its website's claim that the shuttle service began at 4 am and was very disappointed by the staff reaction and lack of help.

Cons: Not recommended. staff has no interest in guests. reaching the hotel by bus is a hassle as it is quite distant from the bus station. taking into account the convenience of hotels at the airport, the room rate is too high compared to these hotels.

Pros: Very near to orly airport.
Cons: I got a smoking room, don't know if there are any non-smoking rooms available. the guy at reception was not very friendly.

Pros: We got into orly airport at 8am and needed a room for a shower and sleep for a few hours. they have put us in a room farthest from the front desk, so it would be quiet. the staff was very helpful and the hotel was just perfect for our needs and also was very nice with all the flowers! we will definitely come back when we have a few hours to kill at orly airport. much better than these typical airport hotels!

Pros: Good location for travellers on business. easy access to city via bus and metro. quiet and clean place to stay. sufficient amenities for room. dinner was great at restaurant. only thing is too far from city !

Pros: Staff is so nice. free shuttle service is also good. but they have shuttle service only from hotel to orly airport and to ponte de rungis station.
