 "The stuff of the hotel are very kind"
Pros: The stuff of the hotel are very kind.the shuttle bus to train station is very convenient.
Cons: We got some problem to find the hotel by ourself at first,because we don't know we can just call for the shuttle bus to pick us at the train station untill 11:30 pm.

Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable beds.
Cons: The website specified that there were free shuttles from hotel air plus to the paris orly airport beginning at 4 am. i chose hotel air plus specifically for this reason. when we checked in, however, the staff member informed us that the shuttle service did not start until 5 am and was very unhelpful and unsympathetic about the fact that we would miss our flight if we took the 5 am shuttle. i had specifically chosen hotel air plus based on its website's claim that the shuttle service began at 4 am and was very disappointed by the staff reaction and lack of help.

Cons: Not recommended. staff has no interest in guests. reaching the hotel by bus is a hassle as it is quite distant from the bus station. taking into account the convenience of hotels at the airport, the room rate is too high compared to these hotels.

Pros: We got into orly airport at 8am and needed a room for a shower and sleep for a few hours. they have put us in a room farthest from the front desk, so it would be quiet. the staff was very helpful and the hotel was just perfect for our needs and also was very nice with all the flowers! we will definitely come back when we have a few hours to kill at orly airport. much better than these typical airport hotels!

Pros: Staff is so nice. free shuttle service is also good. but they have shuttle service only from hotel to orly airport and to ponte de rungis station.
Cons: 1) only best for travellers who reach paris from orly airport.
