This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The room was clean and tidy but small. When we arrived the bathroom was clean but smelly. We reported it to the reception and next day they sorted the problem. The hotel is around 20 min walk from the Eiffel Tower.

Clean and nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.Comfortable beds. Should have been nice with a small fridge on the room and some hooks to hang your coats on. Missed that.What i really did not like was that I had to pay every time I opened the safe. I have never had to to that on any hotel before and it was very annoying. We also took the minibus to the ariport, which was recommended by the hotel, and the driver let us of at the wrong terminal. Fortunately we did not miss our plane but it became very stressful to come to the correct terminal.

My boyfriend and I are both 19 and we were going to Paris on quite a small budget and only wanted a hotel to stay in as a base with no 'trimmings'- this hotel fit the bill perfectly. The rooms and indeed whole hotel were spotlessly clean and looked brand new. The receptionists all spoke English and were very kind and helpful. I cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not have it but there is both a supermarket and a lovely little patisserie 30 seconds away. The lift is quite possibly the smallest lift I've ever seen but it works perfectly and the only inconvenience would be if you had a lot of bags, you'd have to make two trips. All in all, we will definitely be returning and I would recommend this hotel to lone travelers, couples and friends, perhaps not families though.

We had a lovely week in Paris but the hotel was very noisy at night, the walls are paper thin. We were woken every morning early by other residents having a bath/shower and at 4am the first night by someone zipping their suitcase( I thought I was on a campsite !!) the funnyvthing was they claimed the 30 rooms were soundproofed, what a lie ! The breakfasts were convenient but boring having cornflakes, French breads and natural yoghurt every morning. Most of the staff were pleasant but two on the reception desk weren't too friendly or helpful, we won't be returning .

Only being 17 year old me and my friend wanted to do Paris on a budget so we knew we couldn't really go for higher than a 2 star hotel. However when arriving we were shocked at the hotel's quality, the room was lovely and extremely clean with everything you could need for a basic stay in Paris. With only a 10 minute walk to the nearest 'open tour' bus stop (near Les Invalides) the hotel is in a really good location, as well as only being around a 20 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. The area isn't the grandest or most beautiful place in Paris but it's a safe area, tourist friendly with a nearby train station and some really wonderful restaurants. The hotel does do breakfast however going with our budget rule we just went to the nearby bakery and minimart every morning. Overall the hotel was fantastic, the staff are more than happy to help with everything and anything, they arranged our airport transport for us which was done very cheaply and efficiently and they are generally very friendly. I would definitely reccomend this hotel , more to those without children and looking for high quality with low prices. Outdid my expectations by miles.

Pros: Excellent service (reception, night auditor, housekeeper), nice room, value for money, excellent internet service. overall, it was a great time during my stay in hotel alyss saphir cambronne eiffel. :))

Pros: Room was clean and the linen was good. very easily accessible with 3 metro stations within 500 meters. friendly staff, eiffel tower is a 10 min walk.
Cons: Very small room. there is a lift which is the smallest i have ever seen. i had 2 bags and had to make 2 rounds to take them upstairs through the lift.

Pros: There were five of us in our party. all of us had been to paris before. two of us had stayed at more expensive hotels in the past, but would come back to hotel alyss saphir again. the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. the room were clean, and the beds comfortable. it is a little over a mile to the eiffel tower, but a pleasant walk. metro and buses very close. plenty of restaurants and markets in the area. we all would go back to the hotel alyss saphir again
Cons: If i had to pick something negative, it would have to be the elevator. only room for 3 people without luggage, and the elevator did not stop on every floor, so you had to carry luggage up or down about 8 steps.

Pros: The hotel is good, neat and well maintained. the locality is quiet and 5min walk from commerce metro station. i have taken a room with double bed..the room is not very spacious, but just enough to 2 people. the staff have been very co-operative. they staff were not very fluent with their english, but they were still able to guide me by providing information i requested them.
if you are not comfortable with the room alloted to you, the lady at the reception will be happy to allot you a different room.
