Booked this based on other reviews and it's location to Gare du Nord. Hotel was in the middle of redecoration. Our room had just been redocorated with new sanitary ware, floor covering and fresh curtains. Wardrobe was a bit broken but served it's purpose. Room was warm, comfortable and quiet even though it was at the front of the hotel.Breakfast room was small and cramped so either go early or last minute. Food was sufficient. Good point is that they allowed us to store our bags for the day until our train left.Overall, recommended for the budget hotel.

Pros: The hotel is right next to the gare de l'est station. hotel staff were friendly. room was clean, a bit dated though. got what we paid for.

Pros: The staff is friendly and the hotel location is very near to the metro station. there is also public bus just outside the hotel to cdg airport.

Pros: It's really convinence where you can get a bus straight to the airport in front of the hotel and metro station and it's close to gare du nord. there's not much choices of variety in breakfast though however, it's a good basic french breakfast. it's a good hotel with fair price if you are staying in group. you can leave your luggage in their luggage room for free! thus, their service is very friendly.

Pros: In addition to bus terminal, the hotel is located very near to metro, very much easy to access the city. the surrounding is not too busy and convenient with some restaurants, and shops nearby. the hotel receptionist is helpful.
