"Very small rooms in size."

We used two different rooms. These were very small in size an could hardly open the room door. Our so called quadruple room was outside the main hotel building with no rain-covered passage! In this case, a floor mattress is offered as the fourth bed! Only one towel was available for four persons, and always had to ask for more towels...

"Forgettable"

Nothing really wrong with the hotel but, for tiny room and non-existant furniture, plus miniscule breakfast area, grossly over-priced - would not return. "Location excellent, staff very friendly"

Pros: Location excellent, staff very friendly.
Cons: The bedroom booked was for four people and although there were beds for four, one was a pull out truckle bed and there was not enough space to pull it out fully. lights in the room did not work and the shower head repeatedly fell down.

Cons: It is advertised that an airport shuttle service is available, however even though requested, was informed that no shuttle was available.
room service was advertised, but none available on request.
also the breakfast was not of the best quality

Cons: Lights near rooms turned off in evening which made going upstairs difficult at night.

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The neighbours in the other hotel rooms were very noisy and were blasting music from the windows at 3 in the morning. the hotel rooms were also very hot, as there was no air conditioning.
