 "Watch your wallet"
The hotel was adequate for the stay. We did not take breakfast as it appeared expensive. Plenty of places to eat in local area. Area convenient for Gare du Nord. My partner had his wallet stolen on the Metro which spoilt our stay somewhat so do take care of your belongings!

 "Good hotel, go elsewhere for breakfast."
It is a good hotel but we were disappointed with the breakfast. They had run out of lots of food by the time we arrived and didn't have clean glasses for the orange juice. Certainly not worth €14 per person. However, the rest of the facilities were as expected for the price in Paris.

Pros: The staff are very pleasant and efficient. the hotel is very well placed for reaching both gare du nord and gard de l'est on foot. the rooms are comfortable and the shower very good. the rooms have safe deposit box and hairdryers.

Pros: 5 minute walk from the gare du nord station and metro means the location of the hotel is excellent for all main attractions and amenities. good breakfast at 14 euros. i would recommend this hotel.

Pros: Room nice, clean and silent in spite of being next door to the elevator. big and comfortable bed. very good breakfast buffet with a big choice, uncommon for 3-star hotels in paris. a bit expensive though, 14€ / person. hotel well placed close to gare du nord even though it is not the most attractive part of paris when you are out in the streets. we will certainly consider this hotel next time in paris.

Pros: very convienient and easy to find, staff at desk friendly & efficient.breakfast good
Cons: it appears from reading other clients comments there seems to be a ongoing problem with the air/heating system room was a little cold when i was there. lift also was out of order twice and being on the sixth floor a rather long climb to roomup narrow almost fire escape type stairway not good
