Pros: The hotel was clean and good value for money. the location was great, very close to the metro and near nice cafes and restaurants in montmarte. don't let the fact that it is in the red light district bother you, i am young woman and was staying there alone and had no problems at all!

Pros: Helpful advice concerning travel in the area (bus/metro etc).
Cons: Described as "first class hotel" but room seemed very basic & cramped. it was okay for my minimalistic needs. it had a shower, but no a bath which would have been nice. in the website "message to the hotel", i put "single room with bath please. alarm call 9am". no bath or alarm; i don't know if the message reached the hotel.

Pros: Location, staff, cleanliness
Cons: Noise at night when windows open. (there was no airco in the room, it was at least 27 celsius at night and there is really, really a lot of noise in the streets 24/7)

Pros: The staff couldn't have been kinder, or more willing to please.
Cons: Breakfast is far too expensive. go to the brioche d'or by pigalle metro and get about three times as much for 7.20 euros

Pros: Everything said on the website was true. i received what i expected. it was very well situated by the metro station pigalle, which connects with a lot of intersting places.

Pros: Our room was very small, however, it was clean and serviced every day with clean towels. we were comfortable enough because we were out every day of the 12 days there. the receptionists were very helpful, friendly and understanding. they were very willing to make bookings with transport and the moulin rouge show, than follow up to ensure the booking was in place and we were happy with it. we really enjoyed the proximity to the monmarte area.
Cons: We were dissappointed with no tea making facilities but accepted it was probably a french thing. we knew in advance and took our own small jug and cups. out of the 12 days we were there we were surprised, to say the least, that on a few mornings there wasn't any hot water for a shower. fortunately, having our own jug, we boiled enough water to have a wash, leaving a shower until we reurned late afternoon.

Cons: Slightly concerned about the location in the red light district & it was very noisy throughout the night with a number of bars & clubs open until 06:00 opposite the hotel.
