Great Location, Service was fantastic, every one was v.helpful and welcoming. Added bonus was free wi-fi throughout the hotel (despite it being advertised on the web that we'd have to pay extra), their was also a PC by reception which was free for guests to use.

Pros: The location for a tourist is superb. it's a 2 minute walk to the metro station and only 10 minute walk to the louvre and surrounding sights. while i do speak some french, all of the staff had excellent english language skills. the price is very reasonable for paris and the facilities are top notch. i will definitely stay at hotel banke in paris again.

Pros: The location, staff, restaurant (and also breakfast) were great! it´s a new hotel in a fantastic place
Cons: There was no blackout in the bedroom, and, as i went on summer, i was forced to wake up in the morning very early every day!

Pros: The moment one arrvies at the door of the hotel the bell boys were so kind to open the cab door & carry the luggages to the reception where one checked in. am surprised that in paris someone is there to help you with the luggages. the room was a bit small but perfect for a single traveller. also, location is excellent in terms of shopping, site seeing, and access to public transport.
Cons: If you are looking for a hotel with a view then this is not it or maybe my room was overlooking the shaft with view of other room windows but didn't mind since i wanted a quite room.

Pros: The hotel reception and the doormen were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Cons: I do not like their policy of not displaying prices and charging different nightly prices according to their occupancy. i understood that it was compulsory to display pricing.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and polite. they had fluent or reasonably good english so i did not have to rely on my rather poor french. the hotel is very well located and the first impression of the interior is excellent.

Pros: Excellent location, 3-4 mins walk from chaussee d'antin lafayette metro station and in a beautiful upmarket district of paris. very contemporary and stylish bedroom and bathroom. fantastic high-pressure shower and wet room. lobby, breakfast room and bar very stylish. an altogether impressive 4* hotel!
Cons: Aircon was not functioning properly, and there was no ventilator in the bathroom - so both our room and bathroom got quite hot and steamy.
