The hotel was conveniently located between the Rome and Place de Clichy metro stops. There were lots of places to eat in the area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was ample. The staff was FANTASTIC - very helpful, accommodating and responsive.

Pros: Quite street, air conditioner, friendly staff , good location.Cons: Bathroom was very cramped, could not use the shower properly but the new owner making things much better now!!!

Pros: The man at the desk was kind,but the owner-the old man-kept saying how chaep the hotel is .
Cons: So small room, towels were thorn out, they did not supply necessary things for bath the second day.they charged 1 € per day, per person.

Pros: Well the location is pretty fine since it provides easy access to the metro which is the most important transportaton system , and the hotel's look n condition are also tolerable n acceptable for the set price.
Cons: Well the negative experience was the internal untidyness of the carpet of the room, since it seemed not vacuumed so routinely n the hotel's reservational service is also relatively slow.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful

Pros: The location of the hotel, a few mins from a metro stop and a pleasant walk to montmarte was very good.

Pros: Location is great.
Cons: The room was infested with bed bugs. i have at least 60 to 100 bites and am miserable from the experience. on the day we left, we finally figured it out and i was able to take pictures under the bed and mattress and confirmed the infestation. for the pain and suffering the hotel should have paid me to stay there or at least offer some type of compensation.

Pros: The first impression on entering was pleasant, clean and friendly welcoming service. our room was bright and airy with good decor and not too small like so many of this type. the bathroom in particular was excellent, a good size, modern with a bath as well as shower. we have stayed in many small hotels in paris, several times a year, and i would say that this one is the best of it's class.
Cons: The only criticism was no drawer space for clothes or enough shelving instead but this is the same in most paris hotels of this class.

Pros: The desk clerk was very nice and spoke english.
Cons: Even though i had made a reservation online and arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon, they had given my room away. however, they made arrangements with another hotel very closeby for the same price and they asked me to come back in the morning for a complimentary breakfast to make it up to me.

Cons: Rooms need updating. the room we booked with a queen bed had no window as promised,was real small, kind of a back room. bathroom was old an shower was very small and hard to get into. the room for 3 persons appeared to be a double bed with 1 pull out bunk bed. very uncomfortable and small. after much argueing we received a better room the second night. unfortunately we spend a lot of time trying to get what we ordered and paid for. breakfast area is very small and old. the whole hotel needs some serious updating. parking is available in another building at cost (not mentioned online. the garage is very narrow and hard to get to 4th floor.

Pros: Great location, easy walk to 2 metro stations, good bistro s on same street. helpful staff, ac! especially appreciated with the heat wave we experienced in paris.
Cons: Nothing negative. it is a simple clean comfortable room, not full of the amenities that often lure tourists, but a good place to stay. we would go there again.
