"Problem s with the nights !"

The Hotel vas good, nice and a good breakfast ! But the nights was terrbli, I haven´t slept at all because of the night clubs and diskotec ! Screaming and shouting !! No good location for this hotel !

Pros: Friendly and efficient welcome at reception. comfortable and clean room.
Cons: No coffee/tea making equipment in room (contrary to the promise in the easy-to-book website). constant drone of machinery (air conditioning plant?) in yard beneath window.

"My daughter sat on their glass table which toppled and the vase sitting on..."

Pros: My daughter sat on their glass table which toppled and the vase sitting on the table fell and broke. the staff rushed to our aid and very extremely concerned about my little girl. i felt that they were a very down to earth hotel without the commercialized arrogance. very nice staff.
Cons: Nothing. everything was perfect except lift was a bit small. but not a huge deal

Pros: The hotel beauchamps location was good, only a short walk to thw champs eleysee.
Cons: Although the location of the hotel was good, the fact that there is a hight club opposite the entance to the hotel is not so good. we stayed for three nights and was woken up every night. on the last night of our stay i got up at 2:30am and had to check the windows where shut the noise was that loud, cars revving there engines and tooting there horns. so i dont think we will be staying there again, even if it was free...! in my opinion the hotel was over priced..

Cons: I had a problem, they did not honor the three day offer you sent me! your booking said three nights at 599 euros,meaning 185 per night, they only gave me that price for 2 nights, charged 214 the third night and i had to add a night so that was also 214. anyhow, ended up paying 1,116 for my stay, phone charges exorbitant and when i showed them a photocopy of your booking offer, they disregarded it and said to get back at them and they would pay the difference... it took forever to check out, not very professional.

Pros: For paris it was good value for money booked on easytobook.com, it's just off the champs eleyes, plenty of bakery bars and restaurants around the hotel that sell really nice food at affordable prices, room slept 3 people comfortably in 3 single beds, got nice treats from the hotel in the evening like macaroons and strawberries, in excellent location can walk almost everywhere from the hotel, beds were very comfortable and staff spoke excellent english. great value compared to all other hotels around this area. rooms are very modern and not that small for paris
Cons: Mini bar was extremly over priced and so was breakfast.
