Cons: Impolite staff, no hot water in room and no one cared, our room was in the basement and the window looked into a room with scaffolding in it, and worst of all we were charged more than the price i booked it at on easy book.

Pros: Rooms were very nice. it was right off the metro and an easy walk to the eiffel tower.

Pros: We were impressed with the room size, decor and cleanliness. the hotel staff were all very helpful and tried to assist us with all our queries. i would stay there again!

Pros: A very cosy hotel, central to almost every where, brand new room.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't include, £11 for breakfast a bit to expensive, considering that u can get better offers around the area

Pros: Furnished with all the modern amenities like hair drier, safe and trouser press facility.well maintained sound proof rooms.
Cons: Rooms were too small and cramped, moving around was difficult even though we were only two of us.the hotel had already billed us ten days in advance through the credit card. on reaching the hotel we were asked to pay again insisting that the credit card had only been checked for authorisation and no payment had been made.we had to ultimately show them our monthly credit card statement which had fortunately been received showing that the billing amount had been debited against the name of their hotel.it would have been very embarrassing for us we were unable to produce the proof and the staff would have certainly billed us twice.the hotel in charge must train their staff to correctly use the credit card numbers of customers and not to use it for collecting the room rents in advance of the stay.

Pros: Very efficient check-in; very helpful staff with advice. multi service (metro, train, tram) station within 20m. less than 25 mins walk to eiffel/seine; plenty of eating options adjacent to hotel

Pros: Excellent location. very safe part of town and convenient to major sites. the metro station is literally across the street. the room was small but extremely clean and well-maintained. we had to interact with several different front desk staff, and all were courteous and helpful. we would definitely consider stating there again.
Cons: The bed in our room was quite hard, but some people like that. also, the room wasn't particularly "charming,: but we didn't go to paris to sit in our hotel room, so who cares?
