Great location, just off St. Germain. 10' away from Notre Dame area and rue rivoli (shopping) Very friendly staff.

 "The location could not have been better"
Pros: The location could not have been better. the st germain des pres district had a very non-touristy feel and had so much to offer. the famous cafe de flore is 2 doors down as well as the famous patisserie lauderee around the corner.
the room was very clean and the daytime staff were very helpful and very friendly.
Cons: I booked 2 rooms. one of the rooms had been refurbished but the other had not. i have stayed in many hotels and i was rather disappointed. i understand the size of the rooms are always going to be small in europe but the room i stayed in had cracks down the sides of the walls as well as a very old bedspread. i would not stay there again.

Pros: My wife and i stayed at hotel crystal for our second wedding anniversary. the staff was very friendly and helpful our entire stay. the location could not be better! great experience!!! i highly recommend this hotel for the location and friendliness of the staff.
Cons: The only thing i would suggest would be to have a place to attach the shower head so it could be used like a traditional shower. our room had the shower head attached to the faucet of the bathtub with a long cord and you had to set it down to lather your head.
