the room was very clean and the daytime staff were very helpful and very friendly.
Cons: I booked 2 rooms. one of the rooms had been refurbished but the other had not. i have stayed in many hotels and i was rather disappointed. i understand the size of the rooms are always going to be small in europe but the room i stayed in had cracks down the sides of the walls as well as a very old bedspread. i would not stay there again.
Cons: The only thing i would suggest would be to have a place to attach the shower head so it could be used like a traditional shower. our room had the shower head attached to the faucet of the bathtub with a long cord and you had to set it down to lather your head.
