Cons: This hotel is worse than any third world hotel we have stayed in. i was shocked at the appearance and state of the room. handbasin cracked, roof crumbling, floor and wall did not meet and there appered to be rat bait in a tin above the bed. this hotel is disgusting and the staff would take no esposibilty.we wanted to leave but had so little time we could not look for another room. i hated it.
Cons: Rooms poor, cell like.
Cons: The rooms are dark and dated, we booked this hotel but had to be put up in another hotel for two nights. the other hotel was much nicer.
Cons: Hotel is shabby, but very clean obviouslythis is reflected in the price
Cons: There was no full breakfast as promised only some bread and croissant...
Cons: Room heater was not working.
Cons: They had overbooked the first night and sent us around the corner to another hotel
Cons: I reserved the room for 4 nights but the first night i was told that my room is not ready and they direct me to another hotel instead. i'm not sure how could this happen as it was already reserved earlier. i did not get any compensation and i was told to pay the full amount for all the four nights eventhough i did not stay there the first night which i think it is not fair.
Cons: Some areas were under refurbishment, hotel's website doesn't say that, although i was never disturbed by any noise.
Cons: I've been extra charged for using foreign credit card. very often they send you to another hotel to spent one (or more) nights there and it's really not nice when you are tired after your trip and the last thing you want to do is to search that other hotel... poor breakfast (tea, coffee some white bread with butter and jam). in winter it can be cold in a room.
