Pros: I was travelling alone and arrived after midnight. i found the desk staff extremely helpful and even assisted when i was sick. please give my further appreciation to the lady on the desk (i now cannot remember her name).
Cons: Nothing.
Pros: Very nice room and the staff were lovely.
Cons: I think it's a little expensive for what it is. other than that it was very good.

Pros: Extremely helpful staff and perfectly located sight seeing, and even more so shopping. small room, but very well lid out and spotlessly clean. quiet room in the heart of the city. we missed breakfast, hence the service/facilities being rated as good - as not sure what breakfast is like, but plenty of well priced cafe's & restauants in the area.
