friendly, helpful, english speaking staff, small but cozy room. all in all, a lovely stay.
location good for access to metro (rome station 300yds ish!) and arc de triomphe/eiffel tower 10/16 mins on bus from outside hotel.
moulin rouge 15-20 mins. walk, starbucks, mcdonalds etc. 10 mins walk, however, julien's boulangerie across main road and up to left is excellent! many local restaurants to choose from which we did x 3.
our room was basic but clean and no smells.
Cons: Be aware of accoustics, we heard everything from our neighbours and guess they heard everything from us - hey a romantic trip to paris, who cares! enjoy!!
Cons: Bed matress...very hard and uncomfortable.
breakfast very basic for cost....need to add cold meats, cheese etc
Cons: Front door is always locked, and once or twice, no one was there to open it for a few minutes. very small bathroom (and while we didn't mind, some people might)
