Pros: Some of the reception staff were helpful.
Cons: My room was not cleaned very well and the carpet was especially dirty. i had to request the carpet be vaccummed and the shower and soap dish cleaned again. not very nice when having prebooked and paid upfront online. i would be hesitant to do that again.

Pros: Central location accessible to restaurants and metro
Cons: Stale cigarette stench, unable to get fresh air - very hot with no air conditioning and only window opening up to other rooms, very dark and cramped. hotel staff not particularly helpful - unable to tell us location of laundromat

Pros: Staff was friendly and the location was good. bed was comfortable although otherwise the room was small and a little shabby.

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. the location was decent. there were metro and bus stops nearby. a good variety of restraunts, bakeries, and grocery stores were within a block or two in any direction
Cons: The neighborhood was somewhat questionable. during the day, it was fine; however at night, many homeless people and beggars frequented the area. there was also no fridge in the room that we stayed in. the walls were also somewhat thin.

Pros: Great location and good hotel for the price. rooms were very small but thats what i've found in all parisian hotels that i've stayed at. reasonable restaurants within walking distance and good bakeries etc nearby. the place de la republique metro station had very good links across the city. would definitely recommend the hotel to people based on its great location but don't expect too much from the rooms.

Pros: Wifi throughout the building and quite convenient location near the place de la republique.
Cons: From a long trip and dealing with a jetlag, my room wasn't ready when i arrived. i had no choice to wait at the lubby for about an hour before i was allowed to crash and recuperate.

Pros: The room is clean. the location is very convenient. the are quite a few bakery stores and restaurants around the area, moreover, a department store is nearby. it takes just 5 minutes walk to the metro station and not too far from all the sightseeing locations.
Cons: There is no electric cattles in the room. we need to purchase one from a shop.
