Pros: Lovely quaint hotel in ideal situation to explore all the wonderful sights and experience the many cafes in paris. close enough to walk to many attractions, but also with option of metro and river seine (great hop on hop off service) to get around. went for two night stay, would highly recommend. dont miss the 1000 twinkly lights on eiffel yower at 10pm every night.

Cons: The staff had the parisian attitude i find off putting (but not uncommon in the city.) the staff was less than helpful with my request for a steam iron, stating they did not have one due to "safety concerns" (unlike every other hotel we stayed at in the city). speaking of safety concerns, my flat iron overheated when plugged in (with conversion adapter) and badly scorched my hair -- something which was not an issue with the appliance at other hotels during our stay in france.

Cons: Very dim lighting in the rooms (40 w), extremely small shower with no shelf for soap and no room to bend over! extremely dusty radiator. had to ask twice for it to be cleaned.
