"I liked the hotel and its neighborhood!"

If you stay at this hotel, don't forget to take all your necessay personal things with you, such as glass, shampoo, water & ... hotel doesn't have any lobby bar or fridge. Rooms are really small, but it's a nice place with clean bathroom, and worths to stay and enjoy Paris...

"Clean and Comfortable"

Hotel was clean and comfortable -- no frills. Conveniently located near the metro (2 min walk) but a little outside the main area. The metro turned out to be incredibly easy to use so it wasn't too much of an issue.

"Polite and helpful staff"

Pros: Polite and helpful staff. the room was nice, clean and warm. the location was good for exploring the south side of paris and the hotel is a 8 minute walk to the porte de versaille expo centre.

A very good rooms though quite small but very clean and free wifi very good indeed although you have to create an account to use it. certainly a recommended hotel ideal for the metro and next door to a traditional french bar. Closxe to restaraunts and Supermarkets

"Helpful staff, good bathroom and excellent shower"

Pros: Helpful staff, good bathroom and excellent shower. close to a metro station within 5 mins walk.
Cons: Expensive room which didn't include breakfast, but i guess thats staying in a popular city!

Cons: No kettle or drinks, but fair enough its a cheap hotel, couldn't obtain an iron in the early evening which was a bit annoying.

"Friendly welcome"

Pros: Friendly welcome. appeared to have been newly decorated. clean triple room larger than some we had stayed in previously. good double bed and proper single bed. close to the eiffel tower which is was our grandson wanted. a good selection of brasseries and restaurants near by.
Cons: The lift was so small that it was either two people without luggage or luggage and one person.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable rooms with good shower/toilet facilities. very close to metro station, local restaurants, bakery and supermarkets within a 2 min walk from the hotel. nice, safe area to visit.
Cons: Very noisey in mornings due to local school and motor traffic. no view from hotel room and hotel staff were not very welcoming or friendly. they were not rude, but they took no interest in you and only spoke when you specifically asked them a question which was a bit strange.

Hotel de la Paix Paris is conveniently located very close to one of the biggest sport centres in Paris, Aquaboulevard, where you will find a huge swimming area, a squash area and a fitness centre. The hotel is furthermore just a 15-minute walk away from the Eiffel Tower and a 7-minute walk away from Parc des Exposition and Palais des sports.
