There are three breakfast menus (also available via room service): Continental, American and Healthy Start, as well as hot and cold à la carte items. Sample lunch and dinner dishes on the seasonal menu include Lobster Salad with Fresh Vegetables, Pan-Sautéed Scallops with Spinach, or Caramelised T-bone of Veal with Roasted Figs. A children's menu is available, and room service is provided 24 hours a day. At tea time, Betjeman & Barton tea or hot chocolate is served with cake. Le S Bar - Adjacent to the restaurant and overlooking the patio, the bar has wood-panelled walls, red carpets and heavy velvet drapes, while bold-coloured cushions enliven the grey sofas and armchairs. Guests can treat themselves to classic cocktails and house cocktails (including La Rose Sauvage; a mix of rose sirop, pink grapefruit juice, and champagne). Open from mid-afternoon onwards.
