Hotel is ideally located. bed net. old furniture and old wallpaper, no wi-fi. I liked it. very close to the Simplon station. was always clean and quiet. not the highest level of comfort, but still enough. The atmosphere of the old Parisian house :-)

Very poor room with wall papers falling out of the wall and the ceiling defitely need a painting. The neighbourhood was all right but the locations is kind of out of hand or as I can say end of line. Although the staff was very friendly and ready to help I don't recomend there as the stay is not worth the money.

Hello, whilst the satff are friendly and the location is good do not expect much from the hotel in terms of either cleanliness or luxury. Veryno frills "it does exactly what it says on the tin" To use it as a base is not such a bad idea but would not recommend staying in your room for long periods. The bed was ok but there were no tvs, or toilet , but were quite alot of cobwebs and staines. You get what you pay for and the location is actually very good just a few stops from Gare du Nord,

The best thing about the hotel is that it is very near to the metro station. Rooms are good enough compared to the price. Overall its a decent hotel.

The hotel was fine although there was a problem with mice in the room on the final night, but it was an old hotel and I suppose these things can be expected. One thing I did not appreciate was being woke at 8am to be asked when I was going to pay. This seemed a strange thing to do when I was only half way through my stay. Apart from this I enjoyed my stay very much and will use your services again in the future.

The hotel have very good price, shower and toilets its ok, hot water all day, the cleanliness is ok, but the cover in bed was dirty. Location is good, about two street up its bulvar with many restaurants and bars. Metro station was one minutes from hotel.

So I found this hotel on your site and when we got there we realized that we had a shared bathroom down the hall and a shared shower two stories down. The room looked like someone's attic, with peeling wall paper, dirty looking worn carpet and old blankets on the bed. The sheets were very clean an crisp. The desk manager was very nice about finding us a better room our second night in his hotel and we did have a room that was an improvement yet still very worn. The price was right. easy access to the metro, but it took 40 minute to get to the center of tourist Paris.

Misleading information on the website. Lady at the front desk barely spoke English or any other language. The bed was so uncomfortable that laying on the floor even seemed a better option. At 5.30 AM we had a very rude awakening, sounded like the whole building was being taken down and our room was the only one left.

I am an avid traveller and never fussy about things but thought to write a review for the first time after a very very difficult three days of stay in this hotel.Rooms were not clean enough and the annoying part is that there was so much noise early in the morning and we could not sleep at all. Strangely the cleaning service starts early and they knocked our door when we were still sleeping..quite annoying...the only plus is its quite near to a metro station however the surrounding is dirty with loads of people hovering around in the night...Common toilet was not maintained at all and the wireless didn't work...

The building is fine, the lack of TV, radio etc. are all fine. The neighborhood is ethnic, but didn't look dangerous. However, they can at least wash the sheets once in a while, clean the carpets, etc. there were bugs walking inside the blanket, and I was covered with red spots in the morning. The room had a shower, but not a toilet. Shared toilet down a narrow hallway. I wouldn't recommend anyone, unless you definitely have no choice.

Chloride smell everywhere, pretty dirty and trashy walls and floors. Cheap but not cheap enough. Only good part was white and clean sheets and close to Metro and the beautiful sacre coeur.

The persons manning the reception were very helpful and friendly. However, the cleaner was not courteous. Although the language could be the problem (as she couldn't speak English), she could at least smile and speak in French politely to my family members. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and the location is very good i.e near the Metro station and halal food are easily available.

Dont go here even if they pay you. Especially never ever with your family. The pictures are false. They have the worst staff (one person), there is no sink in the bathroom and obviously there is no place to take a shower. The furniture is 100 year old atleast, with dirty blankets (which even have holes in it). The heating in the room does not work and the furniture (if you can call it furniture) is also broken. I was in this hotel one day ago and the first thing i am doing when i got back is writing this review so the person reading this can be saved from the trouble. and oh yes... location is very bad too!!! You cannot even imagine how bad this hotel is, so please do not book this hotel at any cost. I believe Easy to Book should not have such hotels on their list if they want to maintain their customers. I have been travelling to many countries in the last few years and I have never seen such a pathetic hotel else where in the world.

Surprised at the state of the building. Dirty room, toilet was outside in corridor-dirty. The bed and floors creaked. Broken wardobe, chair was unstable.Simply disgusting-don't waste your £. Had booked for 2 nights but thank god I managed to pay only for 1 and get the hell out of there!

Great location and friendly staff, not very clean rooms ,no tv in the room , the furniture is old, no option for breakfast, the toilett was not in the room and they didn't tell us beforehand...if you are travelling alone or backpacking its a good option

The hotel was located about 30 second walk from the metro to central Paris which was great! also in front of a supermarket! very useful however the area itself wasn't that great but it was easy to get in and out of central paris! Hotel room was clean and had a daily cleaner so that was great! nice shower too! No curfew so was great to leave and come back whenever! Would stay there again, was good value and service!The only thing was the area, not great and got quite noisy at night sometimes. Overall great stay!

What you see is what you get...From 1 March, the central heating put on zero degrees, because it's not winter anymore.If there is no shower in the room, take the time, because you can stand in line waiting.Breakfast service, take your time because the room service is sometimes off.
