"Have stayed the before, therefore knew that it was a great location and..."

Pros: Zeer proper hotel met perfectte ligging. maar betaalkaart masters werd niet aanvaard door hun betaaltoestel hoewel die overal elders wèl functioneerde ook in de automaat waar ik uiteindelijk cash geld diende te halen.
Cons: Betaaltoestel voor mastercard heeft mijn perfect werkende kaarten (3) niet aanvaard. nochtans functioneren de kaarten perfect.

Cons: Yes i wanted to print bus tour ticket from my laptop at reception desk and was told i could not do so. i had to walk for an hour to try and find internet cafe as reception could not help me with directions either. reception staff not one bit helpful. no information to be found at reception on bus tours or anything which was very dissapointing. luckily i had my
laptop if i did not have this i would have no information on tours or directions. your website gave impression that internet access was free in room, not so, as we had to pay extra for connection, very dissapointing. reception staff very unhelpful.

Pros: Friendly staff. great air conditioning. great view from our window. 24 hour reception with helpful staff. clean room. fantastic high pressure shower which was great at the end of a long day of walking around paris. the rooms are sound proof so it was great to sleep well. it is in a nice area and i felt safe walking back there late at night. daily changing of towels. hair dryer,towel rail, tv, phone. quietness. great location. a few minutes walk from arc de truimph, taxi rank, bus stop, metro station, shops, restaurants. would definately stay there again.
Cons: On the hotel website it mentioned safe boxes and there was none. there was also a picture which looked like a terrace or pation area. we chose this as we thought it looked like a safe place to go out in the night to have a cigarette. there was no garden or terrace. for smoking we had to go out on the street. even the balconies were off limits for smoking.

Cons: Hotel staff move my luggages and spoilt my luggage. initially they refuse to compensate and after much agrument, they finally accepted their mistake and responsiblity and compenstated us eur30 even though our luggage costs eur50. very disappointed & upset.
