Cons: Noisy street, carbage trucks every morning at 6 o'clock, noisy. had to pay some taxes in addition to agreed room price, which is against the informed policy. room rate quite expensive compared to hotel as a whole.

Cons: The single rooms are very small. dont stay there. also the walls are very thin, i could hear everyone. and there is no boiling water in the shower. it is kinda hot but not boiling hot.
