Cons: Hotel stopped working on the second day, luckily we had already taken our luggage upstairs, so it was a bit inconvienant walking up and day 4 floors, but they fixed it pretty quickly.
Cons: The lift did not work and i had to drag my suitcase by hand in the stairs, although i already was exhausted, because the personnel did not want to help me (he told me the usual sentence, that he had backache)
Cons: My credit card number was likely stolen by a member of the staff. they were then extremely unhelpful and didn't let me talk to the manager about the situation.
Cons: Not much for breakfast and they ran out of almost everything by 9:30 am - attitude was 'too bad'. shows serving eggs in pictures but we were lucky to get croisants or rolls
Cons: Lift out of order several times during my stay
Cons: We received two messages from parisian friends which were not forwarded to us- we asked at the desk and were told that there were no messages. people should be advised re the difficulty in getting a taxi when checking out if they have time constraints for trains or planes. it was very frustrating.....awkward to climb two flights of stairs with a lot of luggage. the good part however was that we were up in the attic and the room was gorgeous. it was terrible when we left as there were seven flights of circular stairs to negotiate with all the luggage again as the single elevator was out of order.
