Service was friendly and efficient and the location was excellent, close to ATMs, mini market metro lines and attractions. Reasonably quiet street at night for Paris and rooms were well insulated from the cold, noise and lights which made sleeping peaceful. The only hitch we had with the Hotel was the construction activities to the outside of the building, which understandably was part of a maintenance program, but nevertheless it was not pleasant to open your room curtains of a morning to see scaffolding and tradesman peering through your window.

Cons: Room smelled of smoke, noisy lift next door, continental breakfast very basic - additional cost for eggs (5 euro) or juice (6 euro!).
