"Very welcoming staff, very friendly and helpful"

Pros: Very welcoming staff, very friendly and helpful. close to a metro stop and local amentities such as restuarants/bars and shops. although in a busy neighbourhood the hotel was quiet and we experienced a good nights sleep on all 3 nights at the hotel.
Cons: We booked a suite for 3 people and a superior double. the suite had a small fridge and a safe. it did not have any tea making facilities which rather lets the overall quality of the suite down. the superior double had tea making facilities and a safe, but no fridge.it might be prudent for the management to consider the same facilities for all rooms.

Pros: This hotel is conveniently located and well-managed, with the staff being pleasant, helpful, and understanding. close proximity to church of notre dame de lorette helps you find your way if you do not know paris well. the rooms are clean, comfortable and secure. the breakfast room has a nice ambience and the food offered is very good value for money.

Pros: The hotel is practically beside the metro stop so it is very central and the rooms were clean and the staff lovely. also the breakfast was delicious!
Cons: The room was a tad small but to be expected in paris and it was hard to find the street at first so just ring the hotel when you get off the metro.

Pros: Outstanding hotel in every respect except room size. with a larger room, this hotel would merit at least one more star than listed. bathroom was equipped with all amenities, including terry cloth robes, large fluffy towels, hair dryer,soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Cons: Although the room was kind of small, it was neat, clean and very well appointed. closet was very small, but adequate for our short stay.
