Pros: Staff are friendly,efficient and extremely helpful
Cons: Shower mat should be provided as it was very slippery, can be dangerous for young children and the elderly. the bed was on the hard side but that's partly personal preference.

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff; hotel very well located in older and central part of paris; very quiet street
Cons: Rooms are of limited space as this hotel is the conversion of a historic city house; walls not too strong so can hear some noise in the morning

Pros: Very well located and well maintained property. staff is excellent and very helpful. room was nicely designed and bathroom was very new/ but small.
Cons: The single room is very small with virtually no closet space. for two nights, it wasn't too bad but for any stays longer than that, it would not be convenient.

Pros: We are currently among the thousands stranded by the volcano ash. we actually left for our scheduled flight on the 15th only to have return. they warmly welcomed us back to our same room. i cannot say enough about their helpfulness and friendliness. we love our little room and location. we are seasoned travelers and we highly recommend this little 'gem' in a city of jewels.

Pros: Modernised good-sized (for paris) room; well furnished. front desk staff very helpful.
Cons: Although breakfast in general was quite acceptable, the coffee was very poor (instant powder variety, from a thermos) - whatever happened to proper freshly-made french coffee?

Pros: Room (we booked the quadruple) was extremely clean and spacious with two nice modern bathrooms.
Cons: The fire alarm went off in our room early on sunday morning - we could only put it down to it being sensitive to the shower door being open!!

Pros: This hotel has recently been renovated to a very high standard. the staff at the front desk spoke english and were exceptionally helpful. my bedroom was very comfortable with an excellent bathroom and dressingroom. airconditioning and a plasma tv. the breakfast was of a very high standard. the best hotel i have stayed in in paris.
