It was not a good experience at all staying in the hotel. Found ants on the extra bed we had. Made the complaint about it,. Although offered a discount of only Euro 30 but children could not sleep for the first day and then following day we had to sleep on the bare bed without the mattress. Originally the total cost of the booking was GBP 298 without the breakfast then ended up paying a alot more. Would not suggest anyone to stay but I did then would suggest to check the price directly with the hotel instead. That has completely taken my budget over the line. Very upsetting experience. Pros: The hotel staff was wonderful, very nice and helpful. the rooms were clean but small.

Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff with good english skills and nice rooms. let us have four individual beds in one room and are very close to the palais des congrès, so it was very nice for our group of students attending a conference.the proximity to major metro and rer stations means you can get just about anywhere in paris quite easily. free wifi and a nice little lobby to sit around in while you wait for others to show up. overall a very pleasant experience!
Cons: Their bathrooms are geared towards taking baths rather than showering, it's perfectly possible but a bit of a fumble if you're tall and water will end up on the floor. however, this is only a very minor concern and i've run into the same issue in considerably more expensive hotels in paris.

Pros: Location for palais des congres
internet was good value if one was staying for longer than one day (which i was). they just charged the one day fee irrespective of how long one stayed (15 euro).
friendly manager and staff
Cons: They were undergoing renovations to front so it didn't look great from the outside but there were no practical rammifications from that.

Pros: Good location, rooms very clean
Cons: They over charged my. the room was quoted in us$ and they put it in euros. they also charged me 200 euro's as opposed to 160 euro that i was quoted. the desk clerk argued with me and would not make the adjustment. there was construction the first week which was very diificult noisey and made getting to my room difficult.
