"The price andthe location were just what we wanted"

Pros: On arrival we were able to leave our bags in the hotel as we arrived well before check in time, also we were offered an upgrade to have en-suite facilities at a very reasonable 5 euros per night. this isnt something that bothered us at the time of booking due to being regular campers but was too tempting to turn down when offered!

Pros: Scraping the barrel- i'd have to say the distance from the main tourist attractions, i.e. the louvre', notre dam cathedral was fair- additionally, the distance between hotel jarry and gare du nord was roughly a 10 minute walk up the main boulevard.
Cons: To be completely honest, the description of the hotel is a little misinformative, the room i stayed in was tiny, and the actual location of the hotel is in the middle of a ghetto'ish area, no exaggeration- furthermore on my first night in the area i was accosted more than once, i would not recommend this hotel to young, lone travellers like myself.
