Cons: I booked the room because the website said they had a workout exercise room. the hotel had this room closed so it was out of use and i was disappointed. they told me they would find another gym to accommodate me, but they never followed through on it. they were polite but they did not do their job as the promise was just a vague way of putting me off. the hotel lies on their site and in no way offered me an alternative, if i did not book on line i would have not stayed at this hotel for the duration that i did. shame on them for being deceptive. i had tried 3 times at the front desk to resolve this matter about use of the gym but to no avail. this point may be trivial to some, but not to me. i take a person or business at their word. i cannot recommend this hotel because of this nor will i stay there again.

Pros: The staff was very professional and helpful! it was nice to have such a young staff who was able to speak so many different languages! the location of the hotel was excellent and we didn't eve used all our metro tickets as it was really closed to all places we wanted to visit. we like to try different hotels when we travel, but we will surely consider going to jules and have another chat with christophe, who's family live in belgium!
