 "poor service"
this hotel was in great location. rooms tiny although we paid for superior roomswe had problem with car park which was recommended by hotel reception but did not explain that we had to inform the car park that we wanted daily rate and not hourly rate if they are supplying this information to guests they should tell them the way the system works. this made a 35 euros difference in what the car park costs and when we informed the hotel reception he asked what we expected him to do about it and denied that he had furnished us with the information and directions to car park. Very Very Poor .

 "The hotel is in a great location"
Pros: The hotel is in a great location.it was very clean and the room was not a bad size considering french hotel rooms are normally very small. the staff were very helpful.
Cons: We sat in the bar (hotel lobby) for a drink but they only had 1 can of beer and could not make us coffee! you can get a courtesy tray for your room with tea and coffee which we did both nights but these are obviously in short supply as on the second night firstly the kettle did not work and then they could only find one that was missing its lid!
