 "The hotel was good overall, nicely situated and convenient"
Pros: The hotel was good overall, nicely situated and convenient. staff were friendly and the breakfast was good value. we liked our room even though it was very small.
Cons: The elevator was not working and we were on the 6th floor with only a narrow spiral staircase to use. the staff said they were full so we could not move to a lower floor. they offered us a discount as compensation on request.
