Pros: The rooms are gorgeously appointed and really luxurious, especially for the price of staying in the hotel. the staff members are all very friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel is fantastic--far enough away from the tourist areas so that you can get a sense of real neighborhoods in paris, but close enough that you can walk to many of the main tourist attractions (notre dame, the latin quarter, etc). the hotel is also close to the m1 metro stop, so it's easy to get around paris as a whole. overall, i would recommend this hotel to anyone who was looking to stay in paris.

You can get to Jardin de Plantes or Le Marais Area on foot quite easily from here. Additionally you can walk to Ile de la Cite and Ile St.Louis. Insightful options, Institut du Monde Arabe and Centre Pompidou are in the near surroundings. Nearby Opera Bastille is often visited by business delegates.

Choosing to stay at Le Marceau Bastille allows you to take advantage of the general facilities on offer here; a bar/lounge and a library are among them.
