Pros: Everything about the room and the hotel was fantastic. the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. i was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the room. the hotel was central and made access to all areas in paris very easy.

Pros: Receptionsist area both ladies and staff in breakfast restaurant very helpful and attentive with directions and assistanc- always projected nothing was to much trouble
Cons: Manager communication/interpersonal skills not professional in explaining how to have the double booking we accidently made reversed and without us being insistent would not have conpiled. as a suggestion we would have preferred a kettle being available in our room as this is essential item in a room with a kitchenette and refrigerator

Pros: Staff was extremely helfpul and friendly. they certainly made our stay very pleasant and accomodated our needs.
the room was very clean and the small kitchen facility was most welcome and convenient.
the courtyard view was lovely and removed all street noise so we had a quiet night.
Cons: Access by spiral stairs was slightly difficult for people with bad legs.

Cons: The rooms are a little jaded , the mini bar /fridge was iced over. the security of the rooms seems a little lax with the entrance through the gardens and doors to rooms nearby opening right alongside windows of other rooms .
think some work is going on in the daytime which hopefully will improve things .
