Hotel Le Placide Paris is the ultimate boutique hotel on the Left Bank of Paris. This modern hotel is situated in a superb location in the 6th arrondisement just steps from the chic Bon Marche Department Store.
Hotel Le Placide Paris has the feel of an exclusive private club. Completely recreated and redesigned by Bruno Borrione, of the Philippe Starck design firm, the hotel offers 21st Century style, comfort and luxury. Fresh flowers adorn each accommodation; Every detail was considered for a subtle and refined sensibility.
Le Placide is a former 19th century private home with just 11 rooms, spacious and bathed by daylight. Each floor with just two rooms is designed in a different colour featuring taupe, almond green, black and white, purple and ochre, according to mood and taste. All the rooms share a unifying decoration concept: white walls corresponding with a leather bench that matches the head-board of the bed, chrome, glass and crystal adorning the end tables and storage modules. The bathrooms have marble tile floors and are all overlooking the patio.
The hotel is situated on the Left Bank, in the heart of cultural and residential Paris, with its art galleries, historic churches, lush parks and gardens. The hotel is just a few steps from the chic department stores and fashionable designer shops. Hotel Le Placide blends well in the neighbourhood, offering charm, fashionable contemporary style and discreet luxury, set in a former family townhouse from the nineteenth century.Room types
