Pros: Excellent location. kind staff.
Cons: Only nescafe in the breakfast restaurant. coffee machine out of order. breakfast not very impressive, but okay.

Pros: Really neat and well -organised . the only hotel we've stayed in in france twith a jug for making tea.a big bonus!

Pros: Lovely clean and spacious room. staff were very helpful. bathroom was a good size. location very close to gare du nord and thus easy and inexpensive to get to and from charles de gaulle airport.
Cons: No house staff in late afternoon when had a water spill in room and needed linin change but desk person was as helpful as possible under the circumstances.

Pros: The hotel was easy to find and we arrived early which wasn't a problem. our room was clean.
Cons: Although i booked this hotel as i wanted a bargain, i didn't book the cheapest room and it was tiny! you can hold hands with the person sitting on the toilet whilst sitting bed! there was so little room that the bathroom door was a wardrobe style slide door as a normal door would never have opened! tiny tiny tiny!!

Pros: Staff very helpful and pleasent with good english. hotel 2 mins walk from railway station/metro.

Pros: We were more than happy with our choice. great location. helpful and ultra polite staff (specially the new guy at the front desk). the room was small but very clean and cosy. i will recommend it no doubt.

Pros: Hotel was very clean and central to the sights we wished to visit. also convenient for public transport.
Cons: We had booked 2 rooms and they only had one available to us on the first night of our stay. they found as a room in another hotel nearby and gave us complimentary breakfast the following day.

Pros: The staff were multilingual and the buffet breakfast was gorgeous!
Cons: The only thing negative was the size of the room which was really small compared to the pics shown on your website and the staff didn't mention any tour buses or metro tickets etc.

Pros: The breakfast was good and the staff were very pleasant.
Cons: The room was approx. 8ft by 7.6ft with a double bed against the wall. it resembled a cupboard. we had difficulty moving around. we stayed there for 4 days, for thwo of the days the lift did not work and we were on the 6th floor. we are both almost 70. the hotel did not offer to help us in any way. we would have expected them to carry our luggage down on check out but they did not.

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent. it is just a short distance from the gare du nord station. there are plenty of eateries around the corner. the room, even though quite small, was very clean and cosy. i understand they have bigger rooms but since we got a very good room rate, i guess the room size is justificable. we appreciated the free internet service in the room. the staff speaks english and were very helpful. during our trip which lasted 14 days, we stayed in 3 hotels and i can say that hotel libertel was the best.

Pros: Superb location and very helpfull and friendly staff,they recomended the open top bus and we bought 2 day pass and saw all of pairs.fantastic stay and will stay at hotel again.bless the maintenance men,tring to hammer quietly,hotel be even nicier when they finish,doing a grand job!!
