"All the staff were very friendly"

Pros: All the staff were very friendly. they took care of all of our requests. even, at our arrival, they did give us a room upgrade for the same price.

Pros: This hotel was wonderful, we stayed to celebrate a special anniversary and could not have been gtreated better. the hotel is very well located and i would suggest asking staff for restaurant recomendations - they recommended a burgoine restaurant to us which was within walking distance and sensational - bistro st honore.

"The service desk, bell and concierge services were excellent"

Pros: The service desk, bell and concierge services were excellent. the staff was very friendly and spoke very good english. location of the hotel is highly recommended for good proximity to major tourist attractions and a comfortable, secure location.
Cons: Maid service was adequate but not complete. ice requires room service (5 eur for 1 bucket of ice) when all i wanted was a glass.
