We were here for 3 nights for the Paris Marathon. This fit the bill. Handy to some good restaurants (ask the staff for some helpful tips), the metro stop here is on the same line to take you out to the running expo/registration. It's approx 2km to the start line up the top of the Champs so a nice distance to stretch the legs and warm up. The rooms were good and quiet too so sleep wasn't a problem.

Cons: The first room offered was unacceptably small and really impossible for 2 people to stay in.
for 150 euros per night that is totally unacceptable.
