The hotelroom was in bad shape. Bathroom was dirty and the sink was an open hole in which we lost two items. Curtains were too small for the windows, providing no privacy. Lot of noise from other guests in the night.

The bathroom had visible mould and the room had obvious water damage to the floor and walls. For the 5 nights of our stay the elevator was no working and we were on the 6th floor; we never got a satisfactory response from the front desk staff

Pros: The only positive about your hotel is that is has excellent location
Cons: There have been so negative experinces that it is really impossible to word them all. however, few of them are:
i was given a room on 6th floor and the lift was not working. it was a torture carrying luggage to 6th floor with congested staircases
no polite welcome..............
the inovice was on a plain paper and had no print of hotel's name even
i, specifically, was asked to leave when i wanted to wait for an hour at the reception since i arrived early in the morning. i was asked to come back after 1300 hrs for the check in.

Pros: The staff held my large suitcase for over a week while i was backpacking around the rest of europe.
