The staff is helpful, the location is excellent, the rooms are clean, we liked the cleaning ladies as well, they do their best, but the rooms are not renovated, the building is old, so there are mildew in the corners and we don't know why, but there were bed bugs in our bed.We had so many bites. Of course they told us it's not their fault and other guests brang them in, but I think the hotel should always pay attention to cleanliness.This hotel's rates should not be lower because of bedbugs but the all day and night noise of the escalator which faces the hotel. We didn't care about the size of the room(very small) or the escalator's monotone sound, only the bedbugs.Next time we'll choose another hotel where our bodies are in safe because it messed up our stay.

Pros: The hotels position in reference to our stay was excellent, seconds away from the metro and short walks to a good range of restaurants, with a wide and varied selection of menus to suit all families.
the architecture of paris is fabulous, just wondering around the streets and trying out the variety of cafes and bars was a delight.
as for the selection of museums, well spoiled for choice, what can i say, it is a beautiful city.

Pros: Good location, easy to walk to centre of paris. plenty of restaurants/shops in the vicinity. easy to get around, metro station with 3 lines close by.
Cons: Breakfast room surroundings could do with upgrading although the breakfast itself was fine for the price charged.

Pros: Very convenient to metro network and good restaurants.
Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing and expensive. the coffee and fruit juice were not fresh. we cancelled our breakfast and for 2 euros less got a delicious breakfast at a local cafe.

Pros: Excellent location next the the metro and eiffel tower, safe location with lots of bars, restaurants, shops & pharmacy. would stay there again. quite a basic hotel but very adequete for what we needed and excellent value for money
