"Excellent"

I could not have chosen a better place to stay. Metro literally round the corner, lovely resturants nearby, convient to everything i needed. The staff were freindly, helpful and polite. The room was quite small but had everything you need with even extra welcome gifts, beds and towels also changed everyday, even if you did not leave the hotel until late in the morning, bonus. I would definatley stay at this hotel again, great value for money, and free wifi. Overall this hotel being so good made my trip to paris fantastic and very memorable.

"The staff were very pleasant & helpful"

Pros: The staff were very pleasant & helpful. it's in a great location for sightseeing & there are a few cafes, shops, bars etc round about which are very handy for bottles of water, breakfast, dinner or a late night drink.
Cons: They were in the middle of a refurbishment but that didn't cause too many problema as the work didn't start till 9am.

Cons: Really small room, peeling paint, materess past his prime a long long time ago, the room was in relation with the paid price (discounted) not in relation with the hotel standing (three star hotel),unusable safe.

Pros: The location, and the staff were above our expectations, we even had buliders opposite our room, during the day, but the staff made our stay very comfortable and we got to know the workman, forgot they were even their by day 2. the hotel is in a small street, with every thing at your doorstep, theatre, cafes & restaurant, small grocer, and you are close to l'opera and madeline place. also a english cricket hotel is around the corner (not good when australia losing) also important for hot paris days was the air conditioning, but an opening window as well! would recommend and stay again. natalie
