A lovely little hotel situated in a very lively area just off the left bank in St Michel.Despite being in the heart of the area the hotel was beautifully quiet and the staff very corteous and helpful. The room and facilities were very good and I would recommend this Hotel without reservation to my friends.

Pros: The staff, for the most part, is very helpful and they make a real effort to meet your needs. the hotel and rooms are clean.
Cons: There is a huge turnover in the front desk staff, so you are unable to build any sort of relationship with them, even though it is a very small hotel. the amenities in the bath are not consistent with a 4 star european hotel, nor with the price. the hairdryer is very old and only works on one very low speed, no hair conditioner nor body lotion is provided. no face cloths were available 3 out of the 4 days. we needed a bandaid one day and were told to go to the pharmacy and buy one. the rooms are small, which is expected in france. but we opted to pay for a larger sized room which was considerably more. for the price this place was very tight. i did not think it was a good value for the money spent.
