Cons: Breakfast expensive for the assortment offered.
Cons: Decor in the rooms was a little tiered and not concistant with the main reception area.
Cons: The description of the occupancy (4 or 5) should correspond to a genuine 4 or 5 bed arrangement. with the couch-bed that catered for 2 people and the fold up bed (for 1) the room became quite cramped downstairs and posed a fire escape risk.
Cons: The room was advetised as having a kitchenette. it did not which caused great inconvenience for us with three small children. the kitchenette was the reason we choose the hotel.

Cons: The staff was unhelpful. we left a bag at the airport their reaction was call the at the airline! they mislead you by saying had they had a pool. in reality it was a city pool you pay for. their were sessions and they had no printout of the them. they did not even volunteer to call for times. service was a zero. two days without our rooms being cleaned.
