Pros: Generally, staff were very pleasant and helpful. the room was freshly decorated and very clean. fantastic location.
Cons: There was no communication between staff about my check out date (booked and confirmed by me), verbally confirmed by one staff and then later denied by another. the photos of the room on the web did not give the true impression of the look of the room (it was tiny!).

Pros: Very stylish small hotel, charming rooms and very helpful staff. the location ws excellent too.
Cons: It was a bit noisy due to renovations taking place. the room we had booked was brand newly refurbished and there was a leak in the bathroom, but they quickly moved us to another room and gave us an upgrade so we were happy.
