"Excellent Location"

The hotel is basic but you won't get another hotel in this location paying this price anywhere. It is a ten minute walk down the high street to get to the eiffel tower and the area itself is very classy and clean with plenty of cafe's to grab a coffee or to eat in. The surrounding buildings in the area are beautiful and must be worth a lot of money. The hotel looks over a high street with a few shops on but they don't open early so there isn't any noise to wake you up in a morning. We stayed in a room on the high street side of the hotel and there wasn't much noise at all after reading previous comments, not enough to cause any problem at all. Top tip: I would reccomend getting a 3/5 day pass for the metro system so you can jump on and off the tram to all the attractions within Paris. Overall a terriffic stay and well worth visiting Paris and the hotel Saphir Grenelle itself.

A nice hotel, well located near the Eifell & at a stone throwaway distance from the tube station on a shopping street...Cooperative staff...Everything is good...The room, including the bathroom is small.

"Very strategic locations, cross the road from the metro and right into the..."

Pros: Very strategic locations, cross the road from the metro and right into the lane to the hotel.
Cons: The staff is not friendly and helpful. i have problem to register with their network provider, all they can say is the network provider (meteor) is not working on weekend, and they cant do anything.
i asked if there is another alternative, they asked me to walk to mcd for reception.
the hotel should, like any other hotel, provide alternative such as provide an account with id for the guest, and be sincere to help if they declare that they have free wifi and easy access anywhere in the hotel. my 2nd reason why i have booked the hotel is because of the wifi as i need to stay connected with my family in malaysia. i am so frustrated that i cant connect and the phone in the room is not able to make call using calling card.
the 1st is the location, but if i know that i cant connect there, i will choose other hotel as there are many more hotel with good locations.

2 issue : the shower is very (super) small, i would not recommend for people with big features to book this hotel is they want to shower. i am in s size and i feel the shower cubicle is just enough for my size.
