 "Unsatisfactory"
Booked on arrival from strain station. Used credit card on booking site. Only stayed 1 night and charged twice on day o checkout. Will take 3- 4 weeks to get holding deposit back. Poor show!!!

 "Staff very helpful"
Pros: Staff very helpful. room and bathroom very clean. water boiling. radiators worked and room was lovely and warm. bed was extremely comfortable and will definitely stay there again.
Cons: There seemed to be problems with computer and this delayed me as i left hotel early in the morning.

Cons: We needed a cab in the morning to gare de lyon as it was raining very heavily hotel staff refused and said cab companies would refuse due to short distance to collect us we were willing to pay but they did not help us.
