the room was very bad , there were no shower curtains , the sink were not stable and the water handle kept falling , the floor of the bathroom was carpet , the walls were too thin that you could hear people whispering across the hall , AND there was no hot water for 2 nights (for their credit they gave me a 15 euros discount because of that)

Pros: The room was really nice, clean and the hotel is so close for everything! the parking is quite good if you go in august or weekend because it is free! staff are nice and friendly! we had a lovely time!!!

Pros: Very comfortable beds, lovely showers, the staff are polite and try to be helpful, lovely district and within walking distance to trocadero.
Cons: We were told our booking came with free wifi however, this was turned off the day before we left which made it very difficult to determine how to get to the airport via shuttle (we were flying from beauvais) as the concierge had no idea...also the rooms are very hot and are only cooled by a floor fan which isn't really enough.
